Senior Engineering Associate, Dicing

(Singapore)

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for daily engineering operations relevant to SEMICON mechanical dicing/lamination/coating/cleaning processes
• Support the qualification, ramping and transfer of manufacturing processes from the US to Singapore
• Support continuous improvement projects for the enhancement of yield and process capability
• Provide technical input for equipment and process decisions to meet small and long-term product requirements
• Provide creative insight into tooling and fixture configurations
• Do process control plans
• Document and update work instructions, FMEA, OCAPs and process travellers
• Conduct training and certification programs for production operators as required
• Ensure the continuity of product supply to specifications
• Collaborate with the Process Development teams to fulfill process/product transfer requirements
• Support the introduction of new products into manufacturing

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Materials Science, or a related Engineering discipline
• Brilliant English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Hands-on mechanical skills
• Creative problem-solving skills via data analysis and brilliant time management skills
• Able to work in small teams and independently
• Well-versed in MS Office applications and basic AutoCAD

Willing to perform shift duties and work for extended hours as required, depending on the demands of our Fab start-up
