You will see in the stats box to the right that I have the wind listed at 25-50. 50? Yeah, I was out there in it, and I'm sticking to gusts of 50! It was the kind of wind that can slap the front of the bike and toss you if you are not prepared. I swear at one point on the way out (into the mostly headwind) I thought my helmet was lifting off my head! All the way south for 13 miles I kept telling myself to be patient. Just tuck and keep pedaling...that there would be a payback for all this suffering once I turned around. Then it dawned on me that perhaps my legs would be so tired by that time that I would have no such ambition to do a big-ring push on the way home. I was not born with the patience gene. This was tough for me. But the weather turned nice and I had been couped up in the basement for over five hours working on a long and complicated show for today. I HAD to get outside when I saw the sun had broken out and the temp had jumped up. Sekarang kita telah membahas aspek-aspek dari lowongan kerja informasi kerja terbaru 2010, mari kita berpaling pada beberapa faktor lain yang perlu dipertimbangkan.
On the way back I did indeed have enough to have some fun with the tail-to-cross wind swirling around. I managed to do a sustained 27 MPH through Root River Parkway sections. At one point I could actually hear branches snapping off the trees because of the wind! And kudos to the skinny guy who quietly passed me by and kept going on the way back in the Greenfield Park area. I think he was on a black Trek. Pretty much gassed, I just watched him go. At one point I started to make some effort but as I came around a corner I could see him far, far ahead of me. Nice riding sir. This was one of those rides that would have never happened had the sun not broken out mid-day. The sun makes all the difference in the world to me...even if it also brought 800 MPH winds like today!
