Lowongan Kerja Akuntansi - Accounting & Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Set up Finance and Accounting system and procedure
• Prepare and present accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial accounting report
• Prepare and review general ledger entry to check accuracy and compliance with the established rules and accounting principles
• Prepare financial and statistical reports, financial audits and tax return as required by law.
• Responsible for implementation and reviewing of Actual Costing system and provide a comprehensive analysis
• Responsible for handling all matters with regard to Taxation
• Assist in advisory work and participate in accounting related projects
• Monitor day to day cash flow
• Responsible for financial forecasting, analysis and planning
• Managed AP & AR
• Maintain communication with banks, suppliers, and shareholders
• Compile and review budget analysis from all departments to make companys budget estimation
• Plan and prepare monthly budgetary reports for each department and overall company budget.
• Assist in advisory work and participate in finance related projects
• Ability to review agreements (legal) is advantage

Requirements:

• Male or Female, max 38 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years working experience in managerial level within Finance & Accounting function in Manufacturing company is a MUST
• Strong knowledge in setting up Finance & Accounting system esp in Cost Accounting
• Strong knowledge in Audit, Taxation and Financial Reporting
• Having exposure with Public Accountant Firm and Commercial Industry
• Proactive, Proven analytical, organizational and problems solving skills with strong capabilities to work with minimal supervision.
• Having strong leadership qualities, ability to delegate responsibilities and manage team members
• Excellent English both oral and written
• Applicants must be willing to work in Cilegon and Jakarta.
